To be ordained as a Pastor with The Evangelical Association, an individual must complete the
following:
- a minimum of 4 years of seminary training leading to an acknowledged degree;
- significant ministry experience;
- successful completion of a tiered, detailed interview process with the EA Council;
- a commitment to the statement of Faith of the EA; and

- attendance at an ordination service where an oath is sworn and the individual is ordained into ministry.

- EA membership is qualified for Ontario residents only.

The following documents are Required:

• A completed application form along with complete payment of an application fee of $75.00;

• Four written references letters (with a church letterhead with their address and Phone numbers, with two being from pastors);

• Your written personal testimony; and

• Copy of your academic records together with transcripts.
